Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and handled securely.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Process
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
